She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Rosario Vinluan (Mariano Vinluan) and Pangasinan; and her daughter Cristina Ramirez (Lope C. Ramirez). She is survived by: her children, Roberto Ramirez (Merlita), Marilyn Stucker (Don) and Elizabeth Borel (Douglas); and her grandchildren, Marjorie Langhi (Stephen), Rachel Ramirez and Timothy Borel.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (6309 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502).
