She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Reginald Carlisle and Linda Rhudy Carlisle; her husband Guy; her daughters, Lisa Bowers (Steven Reynolds), Catherine Dellen (Patrick) and Tracy Ferrell (Chris); her grandchildren, Ashley (Matt), Kodiak (Courtney), Savannah (John Paul), Ludmila, Polina, Ashlyn and Drew; her great grandchildren, Lukas, Waylan, Kinley, Sophie and Killian; her brother Harry Carlisle (Sherry); and her nieces and nephews, Stacy, Reggie and Jerry.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Courthouse United Methodist Church (2708 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456).
