It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francisco A. Costales Jr. of Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on February 25, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Belle; his children, Mari-Joy and Richard; his grandchildren, Jaymi, Cassii, Riley, Joby, Hollie, Maya, Dijah, Braydon and Ysabel; his great grandchildren, Brodi and Noah; his siblings' children, Jasmin and James (Bong); his siblings, Abada, Moises, Mercurio, Paqueto, Manuel and Jeremias; and his parents, Maura (Francisco A. Costales, Sr.) and Frank.

Visitation was held on Sunday, March 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel (8464 Tidewater Dr, Norfolk, VA 23518). A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (154 W Government Ave, Norfolk, VA 23503).
