He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Owens and Alex Owens Sr.; and his brother Alex Owens Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Norma Owens Corprew (James), Sam Owens and Margie Boyd; and his children, Anthony, Alexis, Aniya and Zenyia. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
