It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Hampton (Norfolk, Virginia), who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Robinson and Lillie Mae Robinson; her brother Algier Bryant; and her uncle Attorney William E. Barco of Norfolk. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Hampton; her son Damion Alexander; her grandchildren, Damion Jr. and Derrick; her great grandchildren, Nyla, Derrick Jr., Jashee and Darren; her nephews, Algier Bryant, Jr., Architect Kenneth Bryant, Charles Bryant, Herbert Bryant and Brandon Bryant; her niece Veronica Barksdale; and her cousins, Kathy Jones, Gary Boone, Larry Boone, Starsha Boone, Comeka Duck, Shirley Barco, Marion Barco and Dwight Barco.
