She was predeceased by: her husband Eslie Rolland Phillips Jr.; her parents, Gazelle Hudgins Moore and Garland Thomas Moore; her brother-in-law Newton Phillips (Robin); and her niece-in-law Julie Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Eslie Rolland Phillips III (Teresa), Kristin Joy Phillips and Nathan Jeter Phillips (Jane); her grandson Isaac Phillips (Bethany); her great grandchildren, Kinley, Fallon, Declan and Ryland; her grandson Andy Phillips (Sarah); her great grandchild Gideon; her nephew Bill Phillips; Will.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Harbor's Edge (1 Colley Ave, Norfolk, VA 23510).
