He is survived by: his son Omar Brinson; and his siblings, Toni M. Hill-Lucas, Jeffrey Hill of Norfolk, VA, Denaldo M. Hill of Chester, VA, Dino S. Hill (Patricia) of Chesapeake, VA, Troy L. Hill (Vickie) of Norfolk, VA and Gary Dudley of Norfolk, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
