He is survived by: his wife Angela L. Williams (Chesapeake); his children, Shawn White (North Carolina) and LaTisha Elliott (Texas); his grandchildren, Caiden Elliott, Rashawn Stanley Jr., Ny'Mari Moore and Zy'ire White; his siblings, Barry Amos (Roschonda) of Norfolk, Michael T. Williams (Onesia) of Texas and Genna Langston (Edmund) of Chesapeake; his grandmother Virginia C. Williams of Chesapeake; his parents-in-law, Johnny Hall and Kalsie Hall of Chesapeake; his uncle Cecil E. Williams, Jr. (Cheryl) of Chesapeake; and his aunts, Phyllis Ray, Tamara Lawrence (Page) of Chesapeake and Cecelia Slade (Chester) of Virginia Beach. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
