He is survived by: his wife Nancy Walldorff Harvey; his children, Timothy Harvey (Eugenia Harvey) of Montgomery Village, Maryland, Daniel Harvey (Peggy Harvey) of Hopkinton, Massachusetts, Katharine Stomp (William Stomp, Jr.) of Pottstown, Pennsylvania and David Harvey (Tamara Harvey) of Plano, Texas; his sister Mary Ellen Johnson of Chesapeake, Virginia; his grandchildren, Jennifer Miranda, Stephen Harvey, David A. Harvey, William Stomp III, Brianna Stomp, Rachel Harvey, Katelyn Stomp, David S. Harvey, Alyssa Stomp and Jack Harvey; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Harvey, Diego Miranda, Abigail Harvey and Lucia Miranda.
