He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wood and Marjorie Fisher; his wife Alice Sanchez; his son-in-law Warren Paris; and his granddaughter Tiffany Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Sue Paris, Teresa Mobarakeh, Michele Duncan (Tootie), Marjorie Kellogg (Jav) and Gerald Wood Jr. (Diane); and his sister Sharon McCullough. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild as well as many nieces and nephews.
