With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria Claire Brown (Norfolk, Virginia), who passed away on June 1, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hammilen William Brown and Bonnie Duncan Brown; and her brother-in-law William C. Tucker. She is survived by: her sister Dana B. Tucker; her nieces, Karen T. Pelosky, Laurie T. Hobbs (Greg) and Marcia T. Gervaise (Philippe); her great-nieces, Kristen P. Rodgers (Drew), Margaret A. Hobbs and Catherine A. Gervaise; her son-in-law John M. Pelosky; Henry M. Rodgers and Vivian D. Rodgers. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Donations in her memory may be made to the American Red Cross, Miles Memorial United Methodist Church, or a charity of choice.
