She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlvet Hayes and Emily Hayes of Norfolk, Virginia.. She is survived by: her son Charles Glen Snipes of Chesterfield, Virginia; her granddaughters, Jhera Gallop of Atlanta, Georgia and Tiera Talley of Norfolk, VA; her great grandchildren, Tamia Talley, Tia Talley and Tanae Talley; her grandson Jahmire Gallop; her stepbrothers, Edward Wiggins of Norfolk, Virginia and Tony Everett of Norfolk, Virginia; her sister-in-law Mary Metz of Norfolk, Virginia; her cousins, Kenneth, Ronald, Alfred, Marsha and Sandra; and her friend Gwen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
