He is survived by: his wife Esther Bordeaux Miller; his sister Karen McNeil (Edward) of Ohio; his stepson Robert Mathis of Norfolk; his nephew Robert Milanovich of Norfolk; and his niece Darlene Frederick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
