With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helene Berger Frost (Norfolk, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 26, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Irwin Berger and Rose Berger; her significant other Allan Frost; her children, Lee Belote (James) and Scott Frost (Nadine); her grandchildren, Justin, Garrett, Ally and Ruby; her sister Madeline Lieberman (David); and her brother-in-law Steven Frost. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
