He is survived by: his wife Barbara Parker-Rawls of Hampton, Virginia; his close friend Butch Lowery (Teresa) of Norfolk, Virginia; his children, Johnna Hamlin (Corey) of Hampton, Michael Williams (Tanika) of Norfolk, Monquell Gilchrist of Norfolk and Raymond Faison of Norfolk, Virginia; his great grandchildren, Iyanna Parker, Quianna Hamlin, Giovanna Hamlin, Jaxton Hamlin-Davis of Hampton, Monquell Gilchrist, Jr., Takenyon Williams, Kutrell Williams, Arriana Williams of Norfolk, Asheea Faison, Rayshawn Faison, Tierra Faison, Kaymond Faison and Kali; and his siblings, Antonio Rawls of Norfolk and Linda Smith of Highland, California. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, lifelong friends.
