Dukes), Franchone Dukes (Wanda Dukes) of Virginia Beach, VA and Sharlene Dukes of Decatur, GA; and his aunts and uncles, Marsha Williams of San Antonio, TX, Jennifer Davis of Norfolk, VA, Diane Dukes of Norfolk, VA, Buxton Dukes (Janet Dukes), Dennis Dukes of Norfolk, VA, Oscar Dukes of Chesapeake, VA and James Dukes (Marrion Dukes). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
