It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Diggs (Norfolk, Virginia), who passed away on June 26, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his significant other Hattie Watson; his parents, Caroline Diggs and John Diggs; his son Ronald Diggs; his siblings, John Diggs, Ernest Diggs, Curtis Diggs and Mary Watson; and his grandchildren, Terrance (TJ), Donovan, Torrey, Taylor, Niya and Tyler.
He is survived by: his children, Terrance Diggs (Nicole) and Lorraine Diggs; his sister Susie Anderson; his sister-in-law Juanita Diggs; his brother Charlie Diggs; and his uncle Alduster Sanderson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces/nephews, and friends.
