He is survived by: his wife Frances "Sugie" Scott Jarrett; his daughter Jamie Jarrett Todd (Kevin); his stepdaughter Tracy Scott Madere; his grandchildren, Dr. Kevin Todd, Jr., Stephen Todd, Austin Todd (Hannah), Abigail Madere and Jarrett Madere; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Todd, William Todd and Killian Todd. He is also survived by three sisters and two brothers.
