He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey Thomas Chalk. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann; and his children, James Randolph Chalk, Jr., Lisa Lynette Daves (Jeffrey) and Richard Allen Chalk (Misty). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
