Jay T. Lazier Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jay T. Lazier (Norfolk, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 28, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Jay shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jay farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Lazier and Gertrude Lazier; his wife Nancy; and his children, Benjamin and Yona. He was also cherished by extended family, friends.

Memorial donations may be made in Jay's name to the Charles Woodward Music Fund at Ohef Sholom Temple.
