It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Fleming-Dixon (Norfolk, Virginia), who passed away on March 6, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Fleming and Ruth Fleming; and her siblings, Patricia Smith and Danny Fleming. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Dixon; her siblings, Wallace Fleming Jr., Randolph Fleming (Judy), Larry Fleming, Calvin Fleming, Janet Stringer (Andre) and Loretta Fleming; her children, Loretta Walker, Sherry Carrecter (Andre), Irvin Lamont Smith (Deneise) and Tiffany Smith King (Nakiyah Williams); and her stepchildren, Glenda Boykins and Daniel Dixon (Lynette). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Her contributions to the health care service have left a lasting impact and legacy that will be remembered for years to come.
