Though Jeffrey may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jeffrey leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his niece Tatyana. He is survived by: his parents, Valencia Brown and Kenneth Hines (Theresa); his wife Semiyah; his grandmother Deloris Hines; his siblings, Kendra, Christopher, Temeyah, Isaiah, Joy and Trey; and his nephew Josiah. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
