She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Margaret Perry Barry and Richard F. Barry, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Sybil Louise Spurgeon (Robert Winston Spurgeon); her granddaughters, Lila Joan Spurgeon of Norfolk and Audrey Lanier Spurgeon of Norfolk; and her siblings, Richard F. Barry, III (Carolyn) of Suffolk, Margaret Barry Lawler (Edward) of Southern Shores, NC and Carol Anne Barry of Norfolk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
