She is survived by: her husband Reverend Dudley "Steve" Siplin; her sisters, Gloria Ferebee of Chesapeake, VA and Tamma Joyce Holmes of Long Beach, CA; and her niece Dr. Fontaine Ferebee-Johns of Chesapeake, VA. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and countless loving relatives and friends.
