He is survived by: his wife Barbara Silver; his daughter Jennifer Silver; his siblings, Vivian Taylor of Chesapeake, VA, Laverne Greene of Norfolk, VA, Ollievann Perez of Portsmouth, VA, Vernon Silver (Carol) and Clarence Hoskie (Debra) of Chesapeake, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Walter and Ricky Outlaw. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
