He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Elizabeth Stewart; his former wife Joy Marie Summerlin Grimsley; and his sister Kay Finch. He is survived by: his father Johnny Ray Grimsley Sr.; his sons, Johnny Ray Grimsley III (Stacy Slemp), James White (Corrie), Kenneth White and Randy White; his fiancée Susan Pitre; his grandchildren, Randy White Jr. (RJ), Harleen Pembroke, Alaina Michelle and Kara Spruill; his sisters, Tina Phelps, Connie Milligan and Sadie Phillips; Doodle Wilson and Huck Wilson. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
