He is survived by: his wife Annie Hawks Belardo; his children, Mark Belardo (Betyshia) of Chesapeake, VA, Karen Dickens (Carl) of Manassas, VA and Joanne Williams (Illinoise) of Virginia Beach, VA.; and his siblings, Joan Parson of Chesapeake, VA, Gloria Neal (Andrew) of Chesapeake, Rosetta Beslow of East Point, GA and Douglas Tyler of Norfolk, VA.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Basilica of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church (232 Chapel St, Norfolk, VA 23504).
