She was predeceased by: her parents, Timothy Ruffin and Evelyn Ruffin. She is survived by: her husband Charles Tynes; her daughters, Angela Raker (Jason), Consuella Tynes and Christina Tynes; her grandchildren, Clara Massey (Stephen), Charles Cornelius, Raesean Raker (Selah), Erikah Drummond (Deondre), Jocylen Tynes and Lyric Parham; her great grandchildren, Alaina Massey, Naomi and Lettavia Drummond; her siblings, Barbara Jones, Evelyn Davis (James), James Ruffin and Jacqueline Coles; and her family Joyce. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, in-laws, and many friends.
