She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Wornstaff and Faith R. Wornstaff; and her brother Richard Wornstaff. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Michael O. Penley; her daughter Melissa Allen; her son-in-law Troy Allen of Port Orange, FL; her son Robert Young; her daughter-in-law Heather Young; her siblings, Peggy Masters, Joy, Don Ray, Randy and William; and her grandchildren, Branson Allen and Morgan Allen. She is also survived by 3 nieces and nephews.
