He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Bright and Helen Bright; and his siblings, Diane Bright and Clematine Bright. He is survived by: his former wife Yvonne Bright; his children, Quavadas Staton (Mercedes), Trinitta Bright (Wallace) and Tiese Bright; his friend Yvonne Bright; his siblings, Devon Knobles (Donnie), Frederick Bright and Samuel Bright; and his grandsons, Brycen, Brayden Tyson, Nazir, Shaun, Rashaud and Terrell.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Metropolitan Funeral Service (120 W Berkley Ave, Norfolk, VA 23523).
