He is survived by: his pet Rusty; his brother William Alton Shoulars; his daughters, Terrie Combs (Dave) and Gayle Graham (Joe); his grandchildren, Greg Hetherington (Kim), Kim Hetherington, Monica Roach (Tim), Brad Combs (LeahAnn), Jessica Barnett (Jeff), Jennifer Graham (Josh) and Chris Graham (Lacey); and his great grandchildren, Erin Miller (Emery), Joel Hetherington, Cora Roach, Maeve Roach, Julianna Combs, Bradley Combs, Jaylen Barnett, Josie Barnett, Josie Stephens, Jameson Graham, McKinley Graham and Jedidiah Graham.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Temple Baptist Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars, or Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Foundation (Wc Foundation) to either the Employee Emergency Fund or the Fellowship Fund.
