He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Carney and Cynthia Carney. He is survived by: his wife Janis; his children, Stacey Russell (Kenny) and Kim Brunson (Mack); his grandchildren, Shelby Russell, Colby Russell and Trey Brunson; his sister Nora Kelley; and his niece Cindy Kelley. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kenneth Ray Carney Memorial Fund, for the future benefit of Wreaths Across America and the American Heart Association.
