He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Hoots and Becky Tate Hoots; his wife Margaret Hoots; and his son Ted Hoots. He is survived by: his children, Bob Hoots (Kim), Susan Duncan (Mike), Debra Foxwell (Jeff) and Larry Hoots (Gina). He is also survived by numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
