Leo W. Broermann Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leo W. Broermann (Norfolk, Virginia), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on March 20, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Leo shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Leo farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sandy Broermann; and his grandson Nicholas Broermann. He is survived by: his children, Greg Broermann (Kitty), Cindy Haines (Bob), Terri Shapiro (Rick), Robert Broermann (Renee), Nancy Mapp (Rick) and Scott Broermann (Tammy). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his honor to Catholic Relief Charities, P.O. Box 5200, Hartland, IA 51593-0700, continuing his legacy of generosity and faith.
