He is survived by: his wife Belva Watts; his stepdaughters, Wanda Rivers, Benita Rivers, Letitia Utsey and Felecia Rivers; his siblings, Shirley Watts Jones and Roy Watts, Jr.; his nephews, Darryl Watts, Shawn Mosley and Kevin Mosley; his grandchildren, Eric Rivers, Dameon Rivers, Amber Utsey, Arnelle Utsey and Kiera Davis; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Jones, Mykah Rivers and Aaron Rivers. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
