Gillian Chavers wrote a sympathy message

“Our family grieves the loss of our dear Aunt Lil. She was a kind, hospitable and humorous person who embraced me when I moved to the area more than 50 years ago. Aunt Lil was supportive of me and my family throughout the years for hallmark occasions and always had an open door whenever I wanted to just stop by. I relished her wisdom, transparency and lack of judgment. Aunt Lil was a dutiful caregiver and we cherish her memory. We offer our condolences to the family. Gillian Jefferson Chavers”
