With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lizan Connell of Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on May 13, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her aunts, Glenda, Phylis and Olive. She is survived by: her uncles, Joe and Carl (Allan Bayley); her parents, Agatha Thomas and Kelvin Connell; her children, Tricia Connell, Jovan Connell and Frank Ramos; her siblings, Rosanna, Kathy, Jillian, Tamika, Derrick, Kurt, Roger and Gregory; her siblings' children, Kerima, Sherlana, Chanel, Tabitha, Sydney, Morgan, Christon, Michael and Brandon; and her grandchildren, Tynasia, Frank and Kyle Ramos.
In lieu of flowers the family requests any donations be made directly to her loved ones.
