He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Gowans and Sarah Gowans; his brother Mikhail P Fedyszyn; and his grandparents, Alma, William Kesling and Virginia Schepleng.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502).
