As we bid Marion farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Marion is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Mountcastle and Harry Earle Webb; her husband James Etheridge Baylor, Sr.; and her sisters, Charlotte Ann Webb and Julia Mountcastle Webb Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Baylor Markley (Ken) of Chesapeake, James Etheridge Baylor, Jr. (Vicki) of Norfolk, Harry Webb Baylor (late Ellen) of Norfolk and Edward Waring Baylor of Chesapeake. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Larchmont United Methodist Church or the Norfolk City Union of the King's Daughters.
