She was predeceased by: her parents, Junius Snell and Edna Snell; and her significant other Tony Penny. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Krause (TJ), Brian Phelps, Dennis Stovall (Melissa) and Kenneth Stovall (Melissa); her grandchildren, Jennifer Phelps and Brandon Phelps (Mariah); and her friend Red. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (8100 Granby St, Norfolk, VA 23505).
