He is survived by: his mother Diane Glenda Spady; his siblings, Gary Spady (Severn Spady III), Theadora Bristol, Evelyn Moore and Janesha Spady; his children, Britney "Shay" Patterson, Roneka Samalenge (Enock), Tyrice Lewis and Aaron Herbert; his grandsons, MeKhi Thomas and Uriah Samalenge; his niece Renisha Ricks (Raymond); and his nephews, Maurice Johnson, Daquan Martin, Brandon and Nicholas Spady.
