She was predeceased by: her parents, Cullen Miles McCoy and Mary Ann Rogers McCoy; her husband Harry Edward Ramsey, Jr.; her siblings, Rebecca McCoy Dally and Cullen McCoy; and her daughter-in-law Emma Pope Ramsey.
She is survived by: her children, Harry Edward Ramsey, III and Ann Stuart Bugg (Jim); her grandchildren, Morgan Greene, Harry E Ramsey, IV, James L Bugg, IV and Ramsey B Bugg; her great grandchildren, Alice Greene and Bill Greene; and her nephew Franklin Thomas Cullen White. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd.
