It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Morris (Norfolk, Virginia), who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Horace Chappell and Essie Chappell (family: Virginia); her husband Vincent Morris; her son Mallory Morris; and her siblings, Dewey Chappell, Geneva McMurren and Thelma Jackson.

She is survived by : her sons, Bobby Morris, Tracy Morris of Maryland and Ronnie Morris of Georgia; her grandson Marcus Morris of Georgia; and her sisters-in-law, Frances Wilson of Norfolk and Carolyn Morris of Indianapolis, Indiana. She is also survived by eight nieces; ten nephews as well as a host of great nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Graves Funeral Home Chapel (1631 Church St, Norfolk, VA 23504).
