He is survived by: his wife Tammy Willis; his children, Loretta and Monte; his mother Estelle Brown; his brother Calvin Mackey (Stephanie); his brother-in-law Shelton Price; and his nieces and nephews, Raven Hudley, Ariana Mackey, Shelton Price Jr. (PJ), Calvin Mackey Jr. (CJ) and Isaac Mackey. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
