She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Wilson, Sr. and Mary Ruth Wilson; her siblings, James Wilson (Effie), Tony Wilson (Camilla), John Wilson, Samuel Wilson, Roderick Wilson (Helen), Margaree Parks (Charles), Leatrice Mosely (Marion), Mary Ruth Wilson (Jack) and Osceletta Grimes (Andrew); and her great grandchild Simone Snowden.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Rofina Bufford (Walter), Donna Yvonne Garnette (Winston) and Barbeta Jones Breathwaite (Phillip); her grandchildren, Jacinta Jones Daniel (Otis "Chico"), Janelle Marie Jones, Kara Elizabeth Snowden (Clavon), Elise Nicole Riddick and Harriet Garnette Alexander; her great grandchildren, Genevieve Quinn Snowden, Alexandra Wren Snowden and Clavon Maxwell Snowden; her brother Paul Wilson (Delores); and her close friend James Benjamin Bufford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Due to the Covid Pandemic, a determined Meanor found a new way of serving God at home where she continued to pray for the health and welfare of others.
Endearing and memorable relationships have been established because of the organization and Meanor played an important role in the success of its charity work.
