He is survived by: his extended family Melvin Lacy; his cousins, Robert Cook McCray of Norfolk, Virginia and Dawronetia Clemmons of Norfolk, Virginia; and his nieces and nephews, Cynthia Cuffee Matthews, Robin Cuffee Knight, Robert Cuffee, Melvin Cuffee, Jossette Horne, Robin Bless and Angelo Lacy (Rhonda Lacy). He is also survived by 21 great nieces and nephews.
