It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Clark of Norfolk, Virginia, born in Plymouth, North Carolina, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Clara Allen Craft and Cecil Clarence Craft; her husband Julian Harvey Clark (Snookey); her aunt Neva Allen Darden; her uncle Stewart Franklin Darden; her siblings, Edward Craft (Ed) and Evelyn Craft Duzan; her half-brother Cecil Clarence Craft, Jr.; and her son-in-law Joseph Charles Jeffcoat.

She is survived by : her daughter Tonda Clark Jeffcoat; her grandchildren, Casey Brooke Jeffcoat of Carolina Shores, NC and Cody Allen Jeffcoat (Joy) of Cary, NC; and her nephews, Ronald Craft (Linda), Ed Craft (Elisabeth) and Howard Duzan (Jennifer). She is also survived by many extended family members and countless friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bethany Methodist Church (2766 Savannah Rd, Belhaven, NC 27810). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
