It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Herschberger Jolley (Norfolk, Virginia), who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Matthew W. Jolley; her mother Myrtle L. Herschberger; her grandparents, Charles Wilson Kello, Sr. and Mildred Degge Pike Kello; and her former husband Ralph Floyd Jolley.

She is survived by: her son Christopher T. Jolley of Portsmouth, Virginia; and her granddaughters, Krissa L. Smoot and Shelbey R. Jolley of Semmes, Alabama..
