She is survived by: her daughter Capria Smith (Mark); her siblings, Carolyn Howard Lewis-Brown of Norfolk, Phyllis Minton (James) of Norfolk, Nancy Hendricks (Richard) of Norfolk, Arlette Howard of Norfolk, Chauncey Howard (late LaVern) of Philadelphia, PA, Jay Howard (Beverly) of Norfolk and Michael Howard of Norfolk; her grandchildren, JaKiara Howard, Carla Howard, Caprice Howard, Gregory Howard and Karon Howard; and her stepchildren, Elisha Jr., Ervin, Angela and Delsie.
