Patrylak; her children, Susan Elizabeth Owens (Craig), Dean Edward Norton and Debra Lynne Patrylak; her grandchildren, Michael Turner, Melissa Barnhill (Cameron), George Bunch III (Ashley), Jennifer Deisch, Lindsey Norton (Madde), Brittany Norton (Ciara), Melinda Patrylak and Malleri Patrylak; her great grandchildren, Landon, Brayen, Benjamin, Madeline, Tabitha, Hayden, Grayson, Charlie Grace, Armonie, Maleyah and Nycolai; and her pet Duke.
